Preview of the video showing the operation of the system ARWS Riflessometro (Reaction Automatic Warning System), an innovative device for detecting the physical and mental fitness for driving resulting in insufficient intake of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances, drugs or fatigue.
The instrument is designed and constructed to measure the reflections and therefore for
reduce / eliminate the risks of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicines or
fatigue. It should be firmly inserted in vehicles using a new technology: a steering wheel integrated, within its own crown, has a detector capable of measuring the pressure with the hands of the driver; an electronic control unit connected directly with the car via the CAN network and with the driver through a digital display easily readable by the driver's seat and an audible signal (buzzer, buzzer, horn).
The instrument called ARWS Riflessometro head reflexes of the driver through multiple sequential measurements with subsequent processing of the lapse of time between a visual stimulus (power of LEDs) and voluntary motor reaction of the hands gripping the steering wheel. The test (prepared in ten ignitions) takes into account both the response time (early or late) and regularity (repeatability) of the reaction to the stimulus.
And 'the admirable efforts of Mr. Marcon in technical design and deliver useful tools to increase alertness and attention to those who, finding himself at the head of a medium, can make use of signs to prevent accidents produced by the momentary state of the brain that is now constantly distracted by a variety of situations related to stress, pain, anger, family conflict and social concerns of various kinds.
So, Mr. Marcon projects will be more effective if, in parallel, to develop within the brain a "pilot" (I) that takes responsibility for their actions and learn to drive in psychomotor their brain functions, improving continuosly attentività through interaction with the signals produced by electronic devices activated in response to their psychomotor alertness.
This interaction between the pilot and signaling of the brain of the medium creates a positive feedback to educate and train the dynamism of their brain functions, improving continuously and consistently awareness both of the signals from the body, both of the signals coming from sense organs.
Today on Channel Transmission of Italy March 31, 2012 talking about road safety and innovative design for the active safety of road and at work "Riflessometro".
Studio guests: Giorgio Marcon (Riflessometro project creator and leader of National Security Coordination at 360 °), Gino Zambianco Lawyer, Doctor Antonio Paolocci (Commander of the municipal police of the municipality of Cittadella), Andrea Dan (President of Association "Manuela" traffic fatalities ) and a telephone connection to Professor Michele Trimarchi (Founder of neuropsicofisiologia).
January 2012 in Scandiano Park Fairs, returns the ROAD SAFETY
RIFLESSOMETRO and the project will be there!
